composer, producer, guitarist audio designer, singer

“Upon hearing a recording of one of his solos for the first time, I thought to myself, ‘well we may have lost Prince, but we have this guy”- David Earl, Composer (Headlander, Halo 2).
“There is truly more than meets the eye with this cat, as he has this multilayered depth when it comes to writing, singing, and producing music (of course while playing the guitar!)... Guitar solo section reminds me of a blend of Greg Howe and Little Dragon and even a little Stevie Wonder as it ends with a vocal hook. With so many amazing artists evoked, Andrew has truly forged his own sound here.”
-Uriah Duffy (bassist/musical director: Cee Lo Green, Fantastic Negrito, Whitesnake, Prince)
Andrew Levin wears many hats. As someone who has long had an obsession with all things sound and music, he has been fortunate to enjoy a career working with creative minds in many forms of media and genres of music. His life's work is driven by the goal of helping to bring great new art into this world through creating compelling music and working with film-makers, video game developers, other musicians, and anyone else with creative ideas!
Like many sound-makers, Andrew started off by performing night after night in bands. At the age of 16, he started earning his money playing local gigs and teaching guitar. After getting his bachelors degree in Studio Guitar from USC in 2012, Andrew moved back to his home, the San Francisco Bay Area. Here, he quickly established a career as one of the go-to guitarists, producers, engineers, and composers for a number of musicians and creators. In addition to performing/recording with such artists as Terrace Martin, Zion I, Jody Watley, Lyrics Born, Kev Choice, Emily Afton, and the Oakland Symphony, Andrew has written and engineered music for film, video games, TV, and commercials. In addition to making music with all types of visionaries, he currently works for Ubisoft on their interactive guitar education game, Rocksmith.
